About Us
About Elycor
Elycor is a menopause education platform dedicated to helping women understand, navigate, and feel confident during perimenopause and menopause.
Hormonal transitions in midlife are natural — yet they are often misunderstood, minimized, or oversimplified. Many women are left to “figure it out” on their own while experiencing symptoms that affect their sleep, mood, metabolism, cognition, and overall sense of well-being.
Elycor was created to change that.
Company Values
Our Purpose
We exist to bring clarity where there is confusion.
Perimenopause and menopause are not sudden events. They are gradual biological shifts that influence multiple systems in the body — from the brain and nervous system to metabolism and sleep regulation.
Understanding these changes reduces fear.
Structured knowledge builds confidence.
Our mission is to provide women with accurate, practical, and science-informed education so they can make informed decisions about their health during this phase of life.
Our Approach
We approach menopause as a whole-body transition.
Hot flashes are not isolated events.
Mood changes are not personality flaws.
Weight shifts are not discipline failures.
They are biological responses to hormonal recalibration.
At Elycor, we explain the “why” behind symptoms — and offer practical, everyday strategies that help women regain steadiness and confidence.
What We Focus On
Elycor focuses on:
- Symptom-based education
- Hormonal literacy
- Nervous system awareness
- Metabolic health in midlife
- Sleep and mood regulation
- Sustainable lifestyle strategies
We believe education should be accessible, grounded in evidence, and presented in a way that respects the intelligence of women.
No sensationalism.
No fear-based messaging.
No unrealistic promises.
Just clarity.
Why Elycor Exists
Because menopause education should not feel clinical, confusing, or dismissive.
Because women deserve to understand what is happening inside their bodies.
Because midlife health deserves structure — not guesswork.
Elycor is built on a simple belief:
When women are informed, they feel empowered.
When they feel empowered, they make better health decisions.
About the Founder
Kartika Solanki
Elycor was founded by Kartika with a deeply personal and thoughtful intention.
After completing her studies in London and beginning her professional journey there, Kartika was exposed to a more structured and open conversation around women’s midlife health. Discussions about perimenopause and menopause were becoming more visible, and targeted nutritional support was widely available.
During this time, she noticed something closer to home.
Her mother began experiencing sleep disruption, mood changes, fatigue, and other symptoms that are common during hormonal transitions — but rarely discussed openly. Information was limited, and structured menopause-specific support was not easily accessible in India.
From London, Kartika began sending supplements and resources to her mother — products specifically designed to support women during perimenopause and menopause. She saw firsthand how informed, targeted support could make a meaningful difference.
When she later returned to India, she realized something important.
Not only were menopause-specific formulations difficult to find, but many women were unaware of what was happening in their own bodies — or had simply normalized their symptoms as something to endure quietly.
There was a clear gap.
A gap in education.
A gap in structured support.
A gap in calm, evidence-informed guidance.
Elycor was created to address that gap.
For Kartika, this is not about trends or quick solutions. It is about changing how women experience midlife — by replacing confusion with clarity, and dismissal with informed understanding.
Her vision is to build Elycor into a trusted platform where women can learn, feel supported, and make confident health decisions during one of the most important transitions of their lives.
Because menopause is not a decline.
It is a recalibration — and it deserves thoughtful support.

If the copy becomes distracting in the design then you are doing something wrong or they are discussing copy changes. It might be a bit annoying but you could tell them that that discussion would be best suited for another time. At worst the discussion is at least working towards the final goal of your site where questions about lorem ipsum don’t.
